We have our own farmland and a large indoor greenhouse providing the freshest produce harvested daily. Our commitment to quality, along with preparing your food with love, comes through on your plate.
We get lots of compliments about the tenderness of our meat. We use the best cuts from local producers, then our meats go through an intense smoking regimen from 4 to 13 hours depending on the cut.
